Drama Digest
Toru Sakurai, a high-spec guy who works for a trade corporation, is Mika Kuroda’s fiancée. She tries to get coworkers to carry on difficult jobs by announcing, “I’m about to get married,” something the company’s female employees hate. Mitsutoshi Asai, a part-time employee, is a kind young man who assists with work without disapproving when he spots Mika. One day, Mika, the company’s most despised girl, receives a message from an odd account. Suddenly, strange things start to happen all around her. Mika gets a direct letter from her former fiancée, “Hirose Kanata,” and a phone call from her former fiancée, “Hirose Kanata,” at work. As though her activity is being tracked.
The Feel-good part
Risky, a Japanese drama, offers a perfect sense of dread. The drama starts with sharp photography, a depressing tone in every frame, and great camera angles that enhance the suspense. The performances were also pinpointed for the plot, adding a twist to the proceedings.
The Disappointing factor
The final episodes, on the other hand, were a disappointment. The conclusion was rushed and disorganized, and it left a lot out. Also, despite certain glimpses that attempted to provide the spectator some insights into every character’s personality and narrative, the drama couldn’t delve too deeply into each one.
In-depth analysis
Drama in Japanese Risky is a big-budget drama with many strange twists and turns. It has a more sophisticated plot and follows five people linked by fate. The drama gets off to a good start with an engaging opener that gradually reveals the characters while heightening the mystery of who’s who and who seeks retaliation. The narrative deepens as the revenge plan comes to fruition, and the drama achieves a high point. The drama created the appropriate dark and tense ambiance with the blue camera lenses and illumination.
Star power
Mika was the most despised girl at her job since she frequently delegated work to her coworkers, using her impending marriage as an explanation. She is aware of her beauty and uses it to achieve her goals. Despite her best efforts, she does not appear to be content.
Yamashita Rio did a fantastic job with her iconic scenes.
Toru is a professional who is committed to Mika. He still hasn’t moved on from his ex-fiancée, and Mika may be too much at points.
Furukawa Yuki delivered a polished performance, but the girls stole the show. Hinata is a shy girl who confronts Toru and appears to comprehend and cheer him up. Hinata, on the other hand, has a terrible secret.
Hagiwara Minori did an outstanding job of portraying her character. Kouta is a part-time employee who assists Mika. He doesn’t appear to detest her the way the others in her office do, and he tries to help her.
Miyachika Kaito had a lovely and energetic personality.
Overall opinion
The narrative is genuinely fascinating, with much tension as the plot unfolds and the characters are presented. On the other hand, the drama gradually loses its power as the ending loses credibility and the overall storyline fails to provide a meaningful perspective on the characters. The curves were also a disaster. Overall, the drama was pretty good and had a risky plot, but it did not convey well.
