1. Mad For Each-Other  

We follow No Whi-Oh and Lee Min-Kyung. No Whi-Oh is a detective. He has a decent life and enjoys his job. However, due to an incident, his personality changes and No Whi-Oh has trouble controlling his anger. Lee Min-Kyung is an ordinary woman. Due to an incident, her life turns upside-down. She can't trust anyone, and she also suffers from delusions. No Whi-Oh and Lee Min-Kyung develop feelings for each other.

2. Good Doctor   

This series follows the life and struggles of Park Shi-On. He is a brilliant young man with a high IQ. He unfortunately has savant syndrome, which is a developmental disorder. His mental age is that of a child however despite his disorder he is a knowledgeable young man who aspires to become a surgeon.

3. Extraordinary Attorney Woo 

Extraordinary Attorney Woo is an excellent K-drama. It had a lot of heartfelt moments, and it is safe to say that from the very first episode, the audience fell in love with Park Eun-Bin's portrayal of Attorney Woo. We follow Woo Young-Woo, a young woman who has an autism spectrum disorder. She is a brilliant lawyer and is extremely intelligent. Despite having a high IQ, she cannot connect to people emotionally. We follow her as she struggles to navigate her life and struggles.

4. Hello My Twenties!

This series follows the lives of five eccentric university students, Yoon Jin-Myung, Jung Ye-Eun, Kang Yi-Na, Song Ji-Won, and Yoon Eun-Jae. The students share an apartment. We see the girls struggle to navigate their own lives on campus as well as their lives with each other. Despite having different personalities, we see the girls develop deep, meaningful relationships with each other.

5. It’s Okay To Not Be Okay 

In this drama series, we follow Moon Kang-Tae, a nurse who works in a psychiatric ward. He is a hard worker and takes care of his patients and his brother. We also follow a strange woman named Ko Moon-Young, a well-known author. She is known for writing children’s books.

6. Hi Bye Mama

We follow Cha Yu-Ri, a loving and kind mother who passed away after a significant accident. She had been dead for five years. As a ghost, all she wants to do is follow her young daughter and take care of her. She watches her family grieve her death and she watches her husband as he eventually marries another woman. All she wants to do is to be able to hold her daughter once more. Her wish is granted as she becomes human for forty-nine days.

7. It’s Ok, This Is Love

In this series, we follow Jang Jae-Yeol, a mysterious writer who works as a radio DJ. He suffers from an obsessive-compulsive disorder. We also follow Ji Hae-Soo, a psychiatry student. She is a first-year student at a University Hospital. Jang Jae-Yeol and Ji Hae-Soo happen to meet and soon they develop feelings for each other.

8. Navillera 

We follow Sim Deok-Chool, a seventy-year-old man who had dreamed of becoming a ballet dancer. Due to life situations, Sim is forced to give up his dream and become a regular employee at the post office. After years of working hard for his family and children, he finally retires and decides to pursue his dream. His family is not supportive of him however this does not stop Sim as he joins a ballet company.

9. Hometown Cha Cha Cha  

In this drama series, we follow Yoon Hye-Jin and Hong Du-Sik. Yoon Hye-Jin is a hardworking, strong-willed woman. She works as a dentist in Seoul. Due to an incident, Hye-Jin is forced to leave her job. She decides to open a practice in a seaside town named Gongjin. While travelling to Gongjin, she meets the eccentric Hong Du-Sik. Despite constantly bickering with each other, Yoon Hye-Jin and Hong Due-Sik fall in love.

10. Be Melodramatic 

We follow Lim Jin-Joo, Lee Eun-Jay, and Hwang Han-Joo. They are thirty-year-old women who are best friends. They are supportive of each other and live together. Lim Jin-Joo is a drama series writer. She has a bubbly and eccentric personality. Lee Eun-Jung is a documentary director; she also runs her own production company. Hwang Han-Joo runs a marketing team. She is a single mother and is a highly strong-willed woman.
