His father is Thai Chinese father and mother is Hong Kong Teochew. When he was eight, his family shifted to Hong Kong. In 2011, he was scouted by Supachai Srivijit, who then ended up being his manager. He returned to Thailand to study and establish his career.

"Bie" Thassapak Hsu, is a singer and actor of Thai and Taiwanese heritage. He was born in Taipei. His mother is Thai, while his father is of Taiwanese origin. He came to Thailand at the age of fourteen and made his singing debut when he was eighteen years old. Bie made his acting debut in the 2014 with the series "Club Friday Season 5." In 2016, Bie married Thai actor and model "Gubgib" Sumonthip Hsu. The actors become parents to their daughter "Paopao" Paulina Hsu later that year.
