As huge fans of K-pop idols and actors, this has to be one of the easiest things to list down, but ten is definitely not enough. With the release of new dramas and great talented and good-natured actors coming up it is a tough competition. But what all fangirls really love is how easily they become our dream boys, with their attitude and support and everything they do right. Acting is not just a profession in Korea anymore, the entire entertainment community has transcended its level to art.

1. Lee Min Ho 

Mostly everybody has started their K-drama journey with the ever famous “Boys over Flowers” and Lee Min Ho has been a heartthrob for many reasons, one of them being the boy next door image. His immense popularity is due to his wide acting range from City Hunter to The Legend of the Blue Sea

 

2. Rowoon 

Rowoon is the stage name of Kim Seok-woo is the K-pop idol and member of the boy band SF9, he was already a well-established singer but has been doing very well in dramas he debuted with the drama, School 2017 but is known for his roles in “Extraordinary You” and the recent release “Sunbae Don’t Put on That Lipstick.”

 

3. Lee Dong Wook 

The versatile actor has shown a variety of roles throughout his career as the Grim Reaper in Goblin to a very dedicated lawyer in Touch Your Heart, to a psychopath in Strangers from Hell, to his recent release Tale of the Nine-Tailed Fox, he has been a favourite of the fans because of his handsome face.

 

4. Park Hyung Sik 

He is a former idol turned actor who has been rocking the actor industry lately given his performances in the famous dramas like Strong Girl Bong-soon, Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth and others like Suits, Heirs and The Juror. Besides his activities with the band, he also launched his solo career.

 

5. Ji Chang Wook 

He was currently seen in the critically acclaimed Lovestruck in the City, and previously in shows like Backstreet Rookie, he has had a very successful career and even modelled for big brand names like Calvin Klein, AMH and Lotte Duty-Free. He has won multiple awards like Best Actor, and Best Dressed Actor not just in Korea but abroad.

 

6. Hwang In-Youp

The recent crush of every K-drama watcher, Hwang In-youp is not an old name in the industry, he was previously a model who was hesitant to give acting a go. He started his acting career as the lead in the drama, Why in 2018 and has since appeared in dramas like Freshman, 18 Again, and finally True Beauty.

 

7. Yoo Seung-Ho 

Known for his cute smile and chocolatey roles, he is known as the Nation’s Little Brother since he has been acting ever since childhood. He is also appreciated a lot because of his decision to enlist in the army during the peak of his career, he has been seen in I am not a Robot and My Strange Hero.

 

8. Kim Seon-Ho 

The fever of the second lead started here in 2020, and we are still not over it. He has been a part of many successful dramas like Chief Kim when he debuted. Then Two Cops, 100 Days my Prince, Eulachacha Waikiki 2, catch the ghost and Start-Up which was his recent rise to success. Currently, he is being loved in Hometown Cha Cha Cha.

 

9. Cha Eun-Woo 

He is known to be a rising star in K-dramas and is an already established K-pop idol with the boy band ASTRO. He has been seen in dramas like My ID Gangnam Beauty, Rookie Historian Goo Haeryung and the recent hit True Beauty. He is very popular amongst his female fans for his charming smile and politeness.

 

10. Kim Min-Jae 

He has been seen in dramas like Romantic Doctor, Goblin, Tempted: the Great seducer, Hit the Top, Teacher Kim, Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency and two dramas in 2020 namely Dr Romantic 2 and Do you Like Brahms? He has mostly always had leading roles, given his excellent acting skills.
