One of the countries which are quickly picking up the craze of K-Pop is India.
While the popular Boy Band has never visited India before, they did mention that they are planning to visit the country of diversity right after the pandemic comes to a full stop. They are eagerly excited to meet their Indian Army as soon as they would land in India Post Covid Pandemic.
The K-Pop band shared a very special message with their fan in India while interviewing with an Indian Media House. The boys greeted the fans with the traditional greeting of “Namaste”. They practiced tremendously in Hindi, saying "Indian BTS Army, aap humare dil mein rehte hai (Indian BTS Army, you are in our hearts).
Prior interview, when asked if BTS had any message to share with their Indian Army amid the pandemic, Tae-Hyung (V) told in an email interaction “Our prayers are with India. Stay strong Army and let's never lose hope."
There is a possibility that in the next World Tour of BTS, India would be their first stop amongst followed by Singapore. The update was given by Korean Cultural Centre India’s former Director Kim Kum-Pyoung. He stated that he is positive the Indian Army is going to be granted a chance to meet their Idols post-pandemic.

While Hundreds of Thousands of fans in India aged between 13 between 18 are excited over the possibility of BTS conducting a concert in India, it is believed that they still wish for the concert to take place after 3-4 years due to not getting permission from their parents as they are too young to still attend it.
The fans are also worried about the Costly Concert Tickets as many of them happen to come from Middle-Income Families. Therefore, these teens wish for any K-Pop Group to not come to India before 3-4 years or anytime soon so they can grow young and attend the concert later in a few years.
K-Pop is still considered a very niche segment in India and is still in the process of expanding. The majority of the K-Pop/K-Drama community is focused on the North-Eastern Part of India and only some quite few niche segments of metro cities are aware of K-Pop/K-Drama.
However, there are some K-Pop fans in India who still eagerly want BTS to carry on with their plans to conduct a Concert in India and visit as soon the Pandemic comes to a halt. According to one of the fans, it is thought to be irrational to tell BTS to delay their concert in India for 4-5 years.
Some of the fans stated that while young fans are existing in the fandom, there is still a large population above the age of 20 with stable jobs who can afford the Concert Tickets. Many K-pop fans had advice for the teens said “Missing a single concert will not result in the loss of a lifetime and that the teens must focus on their education first and then become capable to afford the Concert Tickets that they desire”.
