A successful Korean drama is a mixture of an excellent plot, good acting, and necessary character development. These dramas failed to hit the nail and didn't succeed in winning the hearts of the audiences. These dramas had sloppy plots and forced acting. The audience expected more from these dramas, but they didn't serve.

The series is about an ordinary engineer trying to uncover the mystery behind his older brother's passing. He gets help from a woman who has time-traveled. The audience didn't understand the complex storyline.
2. Young Lady And Gentleman
The story is about a wealthy man hiring a poor girl as a nanny for his children. They fall in love with each other. The audience complains about the lack of twists and slow plot.
3. Love (Ft. Marriage And Divorce)
The series is about the complications of married life. The story is about several couples with problems with infidelity and more. The audience felt that there was a problematic representation of women in the plot.
4. Lost
The series is about a lady in her forties who thinks her life is meaningless. She meets a fearless young man who is about to become an adult. The audience didn't like the way the story had no character development.
5. The Penthouse: War In Life
The series is about several people living in a high-class society gulped by greed and wanting to become more luxurious. The secrets and deaths start unfolding. The audiences were unable to understand the reincarnation of the characters.
6. Joseon Exorcist
The series is about a king determined to fight against the powerful spirit he once defeated. He must beat it again so that his son can take his throne. But his other son makes a deal with the evil. The series got discontinued due to the distortion of ancient history.
7. That Man Oh Soo
The series is about Oh Soo, who is the owner of the ancestral mystical tree and works at a cafe that his family owns and holds the ability to know about other people's feelings. He uses the pollen of the tree to make people fall in love. But he doesn't believe in love until he meets a heartbroken female police officer. The audience didn't understand the plot.
8. Fashion King
The series is about a timid boy who lives in a low-cost cloth-selling district in Korea. He is unsure of his dreams until he meets a young lady with the same ambition. The audience didn't like the finale of the show.
9. Playful Kiss
The series is about a quirky girl falling in love with a guy who likes to do things with perfection. The guy humiliates the girl by rejecting her, but the girl’s house breaks into pieces, and she has to move to the boy’s house along with her father to stay. The audience didn’t like the toxic male character.
10. Detective Alice
The series is about a girl who specializes in investigating criminal cases. She works with a man who is an employee at the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. They team up to find the culprit behind the crimes in the neighborhood. The audience didn’t like the series because the plot didn't have clarity.
