Drama Digest

In school, students will undergo training to become full-fledged idols. However, things are starting strangely the bear the principal gives the speech to newly admitted students. I-chu works steadily towards their goal and asks them what an idol is? Now, the real struggle starts as they have to find an answer to the question. I-chu scraps of the bottom of the barrel with its story and plot tied to a game. The show is based on the same generic settings.

The Feel-Good Part

This series is underrated. It deserves much more love and attention. The songs are worth listening to. This anime incorporated comedy, a slice of life music. Things that keep you interacting is the sort of competition which they had. The artwork is pretty at moments.

The Disappointing Factor

The issue I feel is the music because the idol shows will capitalize on getting as much from the labels sold, but I-chu follows the etoile stage treatment of having only one song per group. The anime has somewhere suffered.

In-Depth Analysis

I-chu is an idol academy, that is known to make up some of the boy idol groups. In the story, we are introduced to a new group of I -chu. Fire Fenix is a group of three boys who want to make their name in the idol world. Various rivals are standing in their way from different groups; also, the principal stuffed himself in a teddy bear suit. The starting of the story will not surprise you in any way. I-chu’s life is carved in glittering moments. The boys, as well as their quirks both as individuals and groups, can be the reason to stick to the show till the end. I-chu offers a wide variety of characters, but because they are, all one-note all of them are hardly characters on their own. The story is just a framework meant to give the characters anime trying to sell you on a platform. The characters are typical. The most exciting group was Kokoro’s. Being a Liber Entertainment game adaptation, this is the anime that can be immediately inferred and is more grounded, and I can see why there’s an apparent reason to market the former as the first rolled out under the Liber Entertainment list of IPs.

Star Power

The anime has a wide variety of characters, and all of them have different personalities. The animation didn’t feel dropping. The producer and principal’s character helped to explain the plot. The character design is good.

Overall Opinion

If you are looking for a male idol anime, then this is the one to go with. This series is an adaptation of a game.
