When the rivalries span generations, it brings in challenges and complexities. The game of upmanship is all about staying ahead, regardless of human relationships or emotions. Greed is another factor that can break bonds in the family.
Game Prattana is about two families: The Weerayawanich of the Empire Group and the Teerakikarnul of the T group.
Both families have been competitors for the longest time, and the battle has moved to the next generation represented by Milin (Empire) and Anawin (T group).
Milin always thought that the clash for the CEO chair would be with her brother. But when her father Phee re-marries Wianna, a much younger woman, and makes her the CEO, Milin is shocked and hurt. Her father’s remarriage forces her to re-evaluate life, and also end her relationship with him.
Anawin, the heir to the T-group, is a warm and honest person who lost his mother at a young age. He is also affected by the Phee-Wianna alliance, as Wianna was his former lover and she had ended their relationship abruptly. This left him heartbroken.
Milin and Anawin come together to form a new enterprise, and also surprise their respective families by announcing their association, both professionally and personally. But in time, their fake bond turns into something tangible and profound.
Will Milin and Anawin’s have a happily ever after or, will their families’ rivalry get the better of them is the series.
The Feel-Good Part
The chemistry between the two leads is magnificent. The visuals, and costumes are also great. The highlight is the female characters standing up for each other, regardless of their personal opinion.

In the corporate world, rivalries can span generations that either make or break families. Also, the viciousness and greed can change personal and professional dynamics, including loved ones.
This drama is all about enmities. Certain circumstances make the female lead break off with her father and join hands with the male lead, who belongs to a rival family.
It is different that the female lead, Milin has crushed on Anawin, the male lead. To further add to their families’ woes, they declare their relationship and intention to get married. Only both know that it is fake but over time, they develop feelings and fall in love deeply.
Like in every love story, there are villains and vamps here too. Tewis (an employee) loves Milin, and Lisa (Anawin’s secretary) adores him. Both try to separate the couple.
But will the rival families get together or, will the rivalry further deepen? The series is all about that.
Star Power
Alek and Nychaa play the male and female lead, respectively. Their chemistry is super. The other cast members have also supported well.
