Drama Digest

Richard Ranashinha Dvorpian has a profound knowledge of mineralogy and owns a British jewellery appraiser in Japan while Seigi Nakata is a righteous Japanese college student. The duo solves various jewel-related cases of vrious clients of different backgrounds.

The Feel-Good Part

The central leads have a great relationship and, owing to their common interest, have a lot to talk about. They provide a lot of information on gems. It’s a fun anime to watch. It is not only a fascinating series to watch, but it also enlightens us with a lot of positive messages.

The plot develops nicely. It mainly focuses on the importance of kindness and friendship. The bond between the characters is very wholesome and they believe in each other and constantly support one another. The show also explores issues of discrimination.

The Disappointing Factor

Despite everything, the series has its share of loopholes. It gets a little confusing at times and does not move steadily. It would have been great if it had more episodes and the plot points were elaborated upon.

In-Depth Analysis

Seigi Nakata has always wanted to help people since a young age. One day, he saves a guy who was being assaulted by a bunch of drunkards. Seigi is surprised to face an extremely handsome foreigner named Richard. Richard is thankful for helping him and the two men instantly form a friendship. Seigi begins working in Richard’s shop and the pair become close, developing an unbreakable relationship. It is a slice-of-life anime with a bit of drama and mystery.

Star Power

Being an anime series, the show does not have a substantial starcast.

Overall Opinion

The show will keep you entertained in your leisure hours but don’t expect much realism from it. The show will teach a lot about gems in a fascinating way without boring you. Both the characters have intriguing pasts and inner conflicts which they help each other to overcome.
