Drama Digest

Lu Qing Qing tried her level best to master the spiritual powers, but somehow can’t. She becomes jealous and sad seeing others doing it successfully and feels guilty for her own doings. Her life changes when she meets the arrogant but warm-hearted and friendly playboy, Prince Nangong Yi Xin, after which her life changes completely for the better. She learns to live her life to the fullest when she is with him, and he falls in love with her charm and innocence.

The Feel-Good Part

They have showcased real emotions on the stage, which speaks to the viewers the most. The audience has perceived this drama as unconventional and different from the rest. While the other dramas mainly glorify how amazing the couple making and finding love is, having good looks and good morals simultaneously, this series doesn’t take that path. It takes instead a lonely way of showcasing the struggle made to find meaningful relationships and the painful process of retaining them.

The Disappointing Factor

Despite being an inspiring story, the story is not new enough to excite the audience. Such similar stories had already been made and had been a success, mainly set in a fictional world and dealing with fictional materials like magic. The drama is slow-paced and lacks good acting and expressions. The chemistry between the main leads is also disappointing. The story is confusing and difficult to understand for the fans. The CGI done for the magic and powers is also not impressive.

In-Depth Analysis

The story unfolded piece by piece with each episode, and that’s the beauty of this series. It keeps on getting better and better. The romantic segment is better, with good flashbacks showing their love after separating the couple living in the real world. This is one of the beautiful stories made in a drama. The series is straightforward. It is already established that the love would blossom between the main characters, but the climax spoke for itself. It was self-explanatory and rewarding to watch until the very end.

Star Power

The animation and visuals for the show are well made. The acting is applaudable, and the music is well-executed. The characters are adorable with funny dialogues and good acting. The overall crux of the story is very fun and amazing to watch, with the seriousness kept alive in their respective positions. Characters like Lu Qing Qing shone in such a framework, where she is the main female lead of the show, but makes so many mistakes and fails herself in every scenario which is fun and ironic to watch. Her life transforms when she meets her hero, Nangong Yi Xin, who changes too.

Overall Opinion

It has been a revolutionary show to watch shot during the pandemic. It is recommended to boost your spirits during these times.
