Drama Digest

“Long Live Life” is a Zhou Xiaogang-directed social drama starring Liu Wei, Wang Ou, Sun Yizhou, Dai Xu, and Chen Yangqin. The play depicts the narrative of Zeng, a father. After awakening from a coma, he reflects on himself. He helps his four children find their lives comprehend and accept life through a succession of hilarious situations. When old Zeng Zeng Jianguo collapsed after a community basketball game, he left a peaceful family in chaos. Zeng Zhidong, the eldest, is a university professor who has been contributing to his family for many years but has gone unnoticed. Zhiting, the second son, is the city hospital’s chief surgeon. He has been too preoccupied with caring for his family for an extended period. He is the most sensible member of the family. Still, his love for sister Xiang from the car repair shop is difficult to make public. Zeng Zhiting, the fourth son, who, like Lao Zeng, is still unreliable after her father’s death, is also inconsistent. During the fall of Lao Zeng, Mr Zeng’s family exposed the family’s long-hidden issues, and the four children continued to contradict each other. Lao Zeng awoke just as the “fight” was reaching its climax in the hospital bed. He wants the children to untangle the knot and become complete family members. Mr Zeng’s sarcastic actions taught the children about his father. The brothers and sisters about each other’s loyalty, the family members about their complicated lives with love, and they ultimately appreciated energy.

The Feel-Good Part

Unlike other family dramas, “Long Live Life” focuses on the inconsequential aspects of life And conveys the spiritual core of “long live life” through the interlacing of humour and sorrow. The Zeng family’s life may appear to be a piece of chicken feathers. Still, it contains the core of family life comedy. The drama not only usually involves the Zeng family’s disappointment. When they confront life challenges, it also highlights the old father Zeng Jianguo’s high-spirited and uplifting spirit. When he helps lead his four children to overcome complexities. Perspective on life

The Disappointing Factor

This scenario has a multi-level emotional miscommunication, particularly with the father’s character. It’s difficult to emotionally connect to, challenging to emphasize and difficult to like anything about the script. Instead, watch “Move Forward” for the World’s Greatest Dad.

In-Depth Analysis

The series depicts the perspectives of ordinary people of various characteristics and professions through a range of dynamic situations and aims to be reasonable in every conflict and turn to inspire the audience to embrace life and achieve the extraordinary life of Long Live. The song “Long Live Life,” especially in terms of ambience production, does not intentionally cause worry. Instead, it concentrates on presenting the process of the Zeng family impacting and mending each other so that the spectator can experience the warmth of home via the story of the ancient Zeng family.

Overall Opinion

At first, I didn’t enjoy the performance because it wasn’t flawless, but the story is lovely, especially the ending. I recommend that you stick with it till the end because you might not like it at first. Dramatic to the max. There are a lot of sad moments, but they are all adorable. The cast delivered an excellent performance. Everyone was fantastic.
