1. Kim Jaejoong

South Korean singer, composer, actor, and director Kim Jae-joong is also known just by his stage name, Jaejoong. He was one of the founding members of the boy band TVXQ and is currently a member of the Korean musical group JYJ. In Samsung-dong, the JYJ member resides in a 3,200 square foot luxury apartment. He spent around $2.5 million on it.

 

2. T. O. P. Bigbang

Rapper, singer, composer, actor, and record producer Choi Seung-hyun is better known by his stage name T.O.P. from South Korea. Before signing with the record company YG Entertainment and making his 2006 debut as the lead rapper for the boy band Big Bang, he used to perform as an underground rapper. T.O.P. of Big Bang resides in a $2.8 million villa in the UN Village. Actor Jung Junho and singer Lee Hyori live nearby.

 

3. Kim Hyun-Joong

She debuted as a member of the South Korean girl group Fin.K.L and was known as the "Nation's Fairy" during her Family Outing days, but she is now a solo artist.
