1. J-Hope

Jung Ho-seok, well-known by his stage name J-Hope, is a South Korean rapper, singer, dancer, record producer, and songwriter. He was the first member of the band who proceeded as a solo artist. He debuted with a solo album, Jack in the Box, which was released on July 15, 2022. In which he launched his music video for the title track of the album Arson. He also preceded by the single More on July 1. Afterward he also made his solo performance at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on December 31.

2. Minho

Choi Min-ho, well-known as Minho, is a South Korean singer, rapper, actor, and songwriter. He is a member of the group Shinee. He is one of the members of the Shinee to debut as a solo artist. After 14 successful years with the group, he finally dropped his solo debut album, Chase, on December 6, 2022. Not just that, a music video for the title track of the album was released on December 12, 2022, which gained everybody’s attention.

3. Jihyo

Park Ji-hyo, better known as Jihyo, is a South Korean singer. She leads the South Korean girl group Twice. She debuted with her solo album Zone on August 18, 2023. In her album Zone, she released the title track Killin’ Me Good, and she became the second member of the group to make a solo debut. She also performed on her unreleased track from the EP, Nightmare, on the group’s tour.

4. Kihyun

Yoo Ki-hyun, well-known as Kihyun, is a South Korean songwriter and singer. He is a member of the South Korean boy group Monsta X. He made his solo debut with the single album Voyager with the title track Voyager on March 15, 2022. He has released soundtracks for various television shows such as Full Moon, in Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938, Fire, in The First Responders, and many more.

5. Nayeon

Im Na-yeon, popularly known as Nayeon, is a South Korean singer. She is a member of the girl group Twice, which was created by JYP Entertainment. She debuted as a solo artist on June 24, 2022, with her solo album Im Nayeon. In her album, she released the video of the title track POP! on the same day of the album release. Her song, POP became the most popular solo song of the year 2022. The song is filled with colorful scenes, and tunes to make you move.

6. Seulgi

Kang Seul-gi, well-known as Seulgi, is a South Korean singer. She is a member of the girl group Red Velvet, and the supergroup Got the Beat. On October 4, 2022 she debuted with her first EP titled solo album, 28 Reasons and released the music video for the same. This pop song with heavy bass and whistling tunes will make you want to dance to her music, too. She has released soundtracks for Korean drams too, such as Always, for The Crowned Clown.

7. RM

Kim Nam-joon, popularly known by his stage name RM, is a South Korean rapper, record producer, and songwriter. He is the leader of the South Korean boy band BTS formed, by Big Hit Entertainment. On December 2, 2022, he released his solo album Indigo, with its leading single, Wild Flower. The album gained colossal popularity and topped at number three on the Billboard 200, making RM the highest-charting Korean soloist in history at the time. He also made collaborations, such as he got featured on the single Sexy Nukim.

8. Xiumin

Kim Min-seok, well-known as Xiumin, is a South Korean singer and actor, and a member of the South Korean-Chinese group EXO. He released his solo album Brand New on September 26, 2022. He launched the music video for the title track of the album with the same name. Brand New is a retro K-pop song that brings nostalgia. It is like getting back the 90s.

9. Wonpil

Kim Won-pil, well-known as Wonpil, is a South Korean singer, actor, and pianist. He is the Keyboardist of the pop rock band Day6 under JYP Entertainment. On February 7, 2022, he finally made his solo debut with his studio album, Pilmography. His album debuted at number one on the Gaon Album Chart. JYP Entertainment promoted his solo debut with a mood film, along with a single title, Voiceless. Its music videos, concept photos, and live albums were released.

10. Miyeon

Cho Mi-yeon, better known as Miyeon, is a South Korean singer and actress. She is a member of the South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE under Cube Entertainment. She debuted with her solo album, My, on April 8, 2022. She rocked the album with her leading track Drive and won the hearts of millions. She also won her first music program trophy at SBS MTV’s The Show.
