1. Ahn Hyo-seop

Ahn Hyo-seop, also known as Paul Ahn, is a Canadian singer and actor based in South Korea. He was born in Seoul, South Korea. He was about seven years old when he and his family moved to Toronto, Canada. Later, during his teens, he moved back to South Korea, but his family stayed in Canada. Then he graduated from Kookmin University and, was spotted by JYP Entertainment and became a trainee for about three years. He got more attached to his career as an actor rather than as a singer. He is well-recognized for his role in numerous Korean dramas such as Business Proposal, Still 17, Lovers of the Red Sky, etc.

2. Lee Jae-yoon

Lee Jae-yoon is a South Korean-Canadian model and actor. He was born in 1984 in Seoul, South Korea. He was raised in Toronto, Canada where he completed his schooling and college. Then, in an audition, a South Korean talent agency selected him and acquainted him with the Korean show business. He is popularly known for his roles in drama series such as Heartless City, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo, and My Love By My Side.

3. Ins Choi

Ins Choi is a South Korean-Canadian actor and playwriter. He is well-known for his play Kim’s Convenience and its subsequent adaptation. He was born in South Korea, but then his entire family emigrated to Toronto, Ontario. He completed his schooling, and graduated from fine arts program and master in Theological Studies. While studying at York University, he worked with fu-GEN, a Toronto -based Asian Canadian theatre Company.

4. Mark

Mark Lee is a Canadian singer, dancer, rapper, and songwriter. He was born in year 1999, in Toronto, Canada. After passing the SM Global Audition in Toronto, Canada, he joined SM Entertainment as a trainee. Then, he was introduced as a member of SM Rookies, a pre-debut team of trainees. He entered in NCT’s first sub-unit with the other four members of SM Rookies. In 2018, he also got to host the music program Show! Music Core.

5. Henry Lau

Henry Lau is a Canadian musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer based in South Korea and China. He was born in Toronto, Ontario. He became a member of Super Junior-M and made his solo career with Trap in 2013. It was the time when he unexpectedly became a singer and had no information about K-pop. He left SM Entertainment in 2018 after the termination of his contract and then joined Monster Entertainment Group. He is also recognized for his television roles in the programs such as Real Man, Double World, etc.

6. Wendy

Shon Seung-wan, popularly known as Wendy, is a South Korean singer. She was born in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, South Korea. She is a member of the South Korean girl group Red Velvet. She moved to Canada when she was in Elementary school, where she lived in Brockville, Ontario. She also introduced her solo album in 2021, Like Water. Also, in 2022, she became a member of group made by SM Entertainment, Got the Beat. She has also made various television glimpse such as in Trick & True, and We Got Married.

7. Lex

Jeon Hyung-min, well-known by Lex, is a South Korean Singer. He was born in year 1993, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He took his graduation in Cinema Studies from Toronto University. He is a member of the boy group under Wan Entertainment named BIGFLO. In 2017, he debuted as a member of the group with their primer album Stardom. He also released his solo album 10&going in 2021.

8. Jeon Somi

Joen Somi is a South Korean-Canadian rapper, singer, and dancer. She was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She gained domestic fame after securing the first position in the survival reality show Produce 101. Jeon signed with YG Entertainment’s subsidiary, The Black Label. In 2018, she ended her formal contract with JYP Entertainment. Under The Black Label, she debuted with her single Birthday.

9. Jacob Bae

Jacob Bae is a Canadian singer. He was born on May 30, 1997, in Toronto, Canada. He is a member of the South Korean boy group The Boyz. They debuted in 2017, and Jacon was the eleventh member of the group. They gained popularity as the band after their participation in survival shows Kingdom and Road to Kingdom. He is well-known for his melodic vocals.

10. Young K

Kang Young-hyun, known by his stage name Young K, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, musician, and rapper. He was born on December 19, 1993, in Seoul, South Korea. He moved to Canada to attend middle and high school at York Mills Collegiate Institute. Then, in 2010, he moved to South Korea and became a trainee at JYP Entertainment. Kang was introduced into the reformed band, and its name was Day6. In 2017, Day6 made their debut with their single Congratulations.
