1. RM – BTS

Kim Nam-Joon, better known by his stage name Rap Monster (RM), is a South Korean rapper, songwriter, and record producer. He is a member of the boy band BTS as the leader. In 2015, RM released his mixtape, and then the second mixtape in Mono in 2018. RM has a property in the upscale Nine One Hannam Complex. The apartment complex is the most expensive in Seoul. His apartment cost around $5.7 million for 293.93 square meters of space.

2. Lisa – Blackpink

Lalisa Manobal, known by her stage name Lisa, is a Thai rapper, singer, and dancer. She is a member of the South Korean girl gang Blackpink under YG Entertainment. She made her debut with the group in 2016. Among many expensive and luxurious things owned by her, a Lamborghini Aventador is also on the list, costing approximately US$393,695. The car has top-notch technical equipment and a chic interior.

3. Jackson Wang

Jackson Wang, born Wang Ka-Yee, is a Hong Kong rapper, singer, and dancer. He is a member of the South Korean boy band Got7 under JYP Entertainment. He is the founder of the record label Team Wang and serves as the creative director and lead designer for the subsidiary fashion brand Team Wang Designs. With an 8 million USD net worth, his company is his most prized possession.

4. Jennie – Blackpink

Jennie Kim, known popularly as Jennie, is a South Korean singer and rapper. She is a member of the South Korean girl group Blackpink, formed by YG Entertainment, in August 2016. In 2018, she made her solo debut with the solo “Solo.” She made her acting debut in 2023 with the American television series “The Idol.” She is a big fan of handbags, and she has a lot of luxury bags in her closet, which cost a total of 1 million dollars, and the most expensive bag in her collection is a $9000 million Chanel X Pharrell bag.

5. G-Dragon – Big Bang

G-Dragon, born Kwon Ji-Young, is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and fashion designer. He made his debut in 2006 as a member of the boy band Big Bang. He was the group's leader. He has a great passion for art apart from music and he has an extensive collection of art that any collector could take a bow to. The art collection is estimated to be around $15 million. The collection is placed in his luxurious penthouse.

6. Jessica Jung

Jessica is a Korean-American singer, songwriter, actress, author, and fashion designer. She was a member of the South Korean girl group Girls’ Generation. In 2014, Jessica established her fashion brand, Blanc & Eclare. She has always been vocal about her love for fashion. She has a liking for bags and has over 300 bags of different brands, which cost around $1 million.

7. Dara

Sandara Park, known by her stage name Dara, is a South Korean singer and actress. She debuted with the girl group 2NE1 in 2009. The band was disbanded in 2016. Before making her debut in the South Korean industry she had established herself as an artist in the Philippines. Apart from her interest in music, she is a sneakerhead. She has almost 1,000 pairs of sneakers in her wardrobe. She shared this information with her fans through her YouTube channel.

8. P.O.

Pyo Ji-Hoon, better known by his stage name P.O, is a South Korean rapper, singer, and actor. He is a member of the boy band Block B and its sub-unit Bastarz. He is the youngest member of the group.  He is very passionate about photography and has an extensive collection of cameras. The collection has every kind of camera like DSRL, film camera, etc, over 100 cameras. The collection cost hundreds of thousands.

9. I.U.

Lee Ji-Eun, better known by her stage name I.U, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, composer, and actress. She signed with LOEN Entertainment as a trainee in 2007 and made her singing debut at the age of fifteen with her first Extended Play (EP), Lost and Found. In Cheongdam, an affluent area in Seoul observed for having some of the costliest homes in the nation, IU just made a large penthouse apartment purchase. She spent $11.7 million in cash for the property. The Eterno Cheongdam residential unit is still being built, and completion is expected in September 2023.

10. Taeyang – Big Bang

Dong Young-bae, known professionally as Taeyang, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and dancer. In 2006, he made his debut with the  South Korean boy band Big Bang. He is a very successful artist. Taeyang purchased a seven-story building in Hannam for US$6.9 million in 2016 and also owns a US$3.75 million property in UN Village.
