Drama Digest

Azusa Aizawa suddenly dies from extreme tiredness after many years of being a corporate enslaved person. As she appears to be making her way to the afterlife, she encounters a goddess who grants her immortality and peaceful existence in a different dimension. For at least three centuries, Azusa has been taking care of her farm, guarding the adjacent hamlet, and eliminating roughly 25 slimes each day. But, this somewhat repetitive cycle starts to break when Azusa unexpectedly learns that she has attained level 99—the highest level that can be achieved—just by eating slimes. Rumors about her strength nevertheless spread despite her valiant attempts to conceal it out of concern that it would end her dull existence. Despite her best efforts, rumors of the highest rank, “Witch of the Plateau,” began circulating. Despite her best attempts, stories about the max level “Witch of the Plateau” spread throughout the country, and a proud dragon named Raika appears to challenge their strength. Raika is defeated and befriended by Azusa, but issues emerge as both allies and enemies seek out the reclusive witch. People from all over the continent, including the dragon Laika and the elf Halkara, began to visit her. Some are looking for a fight, while others need her help. As Azusa makes friends and acquaintances who quickly become family, she discovers that she can live a life with others much better than she could on her own.
