Movie Digest
Tasty Ending (맛있는 영화) is a Korean-origin original production that hit the cinema screens on the 12th of August, 2021. This creative production remains finished under the direction of Hwang Seul-gi (황슬기), Jeong So Yeong-II (정소영), and Kim Jung-in-II (김정인). The story revolves around Son Soo Hyun and Shin Jae Hwi, both wishing to bring a terrible end to their never-ending loving relationship. As time passes by, both realize the futility of their staying together. According to the synopsis, the running time stretches over an hour and one minute, with an impressive total of one episode.
The Feel Good Part
One of the first things that draw you is the use of color tones in the film. It adds colorfully to the overall description and plot that the script writers were aiming for. Moreover, since it is an independent movie, it has only two lead actors in the cast. Hence, the performance put by the two actors remains flawless throughout the film. Their visuals were not a joke as well while serving the viewers with their heart-throbbing beauty.
The Disappointing Part
Fans came out disappointed by the gloomy finale of the film, which failed to provide a clear-cut resolution. Although the cinematography saved some aspects of Tasty Ending, the camera shots focused on the actors were a shame.

The story opens with a lovely couple going through a difficult time in their lives. The couple comes to a bittersweet conclusion and decides to put a tragic stop to seeing each other. As the story progresses, the directors pull a series of memorable events that had happened in their time together, recounting all the bitter and sweet moments. Towards the end, we witness how they adored each other and the kind of love they possessed. However, owing to the unavoidable circumstances, they choose to break up, giving the viewers a bitter yet tasty ending.
