Movie Digest

Jeong-hwan has an untold backstory. He travels to a distant island to learn more about his long-buried past, and in the process, he encounters another group of tourists staying in the same guesthouse, and he gets an odd sensation from the owner, putting him on the guesthouse owner’s radar. Watch the movie to unravel the mystery

The Feel Good Part

The feel-good aspect of the film is that it retains a mysterious feeling throughout the film and keeps the audience engaged, while having unusual action moments.

The Disappointing Factor

The film’s biggest flaw is that it feels overblown at times, and the action moments aren’t as exciting as they should be. At times, the acting was even a little shabby.

In-Depth Analysis

The movie has a good premise; however the execution of that notion is lacking. Although the film hooks you in some sequences, the director Lee Soo- snug’s vision lacks creativity, and some scenes cause the film to lose its charm and interest in viewing.

Star Power

There is no individual star power in the movie but some of the sequences demonstrate Dal-Hyeong Lee’s excellent acting as the guesthouse owner, who has a psychiatric quality throughout the film.

Overall Opinion

The movie is a one-time watch because of its novel action sequences and concept, but it lacks behind in what it actually wants to show you, which is a flaw.
