Drama Digest:

Three stories are told in the brief anthology series “Magic of Zero.” Pa from “Bad Buddy” and Ink have been dating for a while in “Zero Photography,” and Pa has decided she no longer wants to be shot by her partner. Pa finds himself time-traveling to the first time Ink covertly shot his picture, which was in high school. Maki, a graphic artist in “Zero in the Moonlight,” is terrified of anything around. She has to collaborate with Fong, a fresh designer that many young women are eying. Maki, meanwhile, is continually avoiding Fong’s gaze because of his penchant for wearing round glasses. In “Zero Supporter,” Win decides to leave the farm in order to support Korn from “Cupid’s Last Wish,” who wants to build a bakery in Bangkok. However, some of the sweetness they once shared for each other disappears amid the craziness of their new undertaking. After a battle, they switch bodies due to an accident.

The Feel-Good Part:

A narrative continuation without a love triangle or infidelity is practically unheard of, but this one was clever and charming. Each episode featured a light, fluffy, and oh-so-sweet characteristic that we’ll just call it sweetness all around.

The Disappointing Factor:

Unrealistic actions taken because they were necessary but could be avoided.

In-Depth Analysis:

Zero Photography: This episode was very adorable! You will adore InkPa, and it was wonderful to learn a little bit more about them and their relationship. Both Milk and Love are excellent actors and actresses (and we are now hoping that GMMTV is considering giving MilkLove their own series next year!).

Zero in the Moonlight: Tu and Dew were cute together, but it’s so strange that this is the only one-shot/original episode out of the group! It was a charming little oneshot, but I thought the entire plot was very stupid.

Zero Supporter: You won’t want to watch Korn and Win as a pair because of their continual squabbling.

Star Power:

Amazing work was done by Milk&Love. And they demonstrated to everyone the necessity of the GL series. Seeing Ink/Pa from Bad Buddy and Korn/Win from Cupid’s Last Wish once more is entertaining. Despite being brief, their story was intriguing. With what they had, the actors gave it their best effort. It was a low-stress activity to kill time. It’s always distressing that an established couple hasn’t changed; even though two years have passed, they remain precisely where we left them. Even so, you could have enjoyed the few adorable moments and wished Earth and Mix had appeared in more series, either alone or together.

Overall Opinion:

Overall, it’s worthwhile to watch. Because they only have about 50 minutes to tell each narrative and because they are essentially commercials for Oishi honey lemon green tea, don’t anticipate anything ground-breaking or too philosophical.
