Drama Digest

This drama is the story of two lovers, Jane and Win. This drama is a story of how Win gets resurrected after his death. But there is a twist that Win doesn’t remember Jane. This drama is a remake of a 2013 Taiwan drama. Now that Win doesn’t remember Jane, how will their love story proceed? Will they fall in love again? Watch the drama to find out.

The Feel Good Part

Though there were difficulties, the two main leads had a few romantic and heart-touching scenes. Many scenes brought tears and made the audience feel emotionally connected to the pain. The one surprise element that comes into the picture is when the male lead falls in love with someone else. The last few episodes are unfortunate, and the perfect show of emotions by the actors made it hard to stop the tears.

The Disappointing Part

Some scenes make the audience feel sorry for the villain, and sometimes they take away the essence of the wrong side of people. The bad side of people is what produces difficulties and barriers between the main characters, and when these roles start becoming positive, it at times becomes difficult to digest a perfectly shaped love story.

In-Depth Analysis

This drama, as said earlier, is a remake of a Taiwan drama, but this new series showed great lengths of emotions and phenomenal acting by everyone. The show was well-written and well-directed. A bid message it gave out was how true love could win over every obstacle, even death. There was enough comic relief for the audience between love scenes and sad, teary moments. The music these days is taking other heights, especially the Asian music. The right song was played for suitable scenes, evoking the right emotions.

Star Power

The role played by the female lead is the one getting the most praise. The character of Jane, that is all sweet, kind, and selfless, was portrayed in a very realistic manner. There was also the fact that the actors were of appropriate age for the role, neither too young nor too old. The chemistry between the actors was very approving and robust. There was both depth and complexity in all the leading groups of characters.

Overall Opinion

The show is something you can watch on repeat. But, I would not recommend re-watching all episodes as you might cry a lot. It is a drama with angst and self-sacrifice and holds deep meanings. Be prepared to cry like a river, but rest assured that the characters have a happy ending. Both the script and the emotions were done justice, too, as they were so well brought out.
