Drama Digest

Brotherly affection. A teacher’s and a student’s love. A senior who got carried away and a junior who wants to flirt. Various interconnected difficult love stories among buddies.

The Feel-Good Part

The teacher even faces some consequences for pursuing a romance against his better judgement in order to be ethical as a teacher. They even admitted how inappropriate the whole thing is in a BL, which NEVER happens- I loved it! This is why this ship is a pro rather than a con since there were real consequences for bad behaviour.

The Disappointing Factor

Kaow, had an odd character setup. He moved out of his family’s home to live on his own, yet he has a large home, especially considering his proximity to Chon. Kaow owns a bakery but runs it by himself. We merely close one eye on it because it doesn’t really make sense.

In-Depth Analysis

Genuine love. A teacher and a student in love. A junior who wants to flirt and a senior who has gone overboard. Various interwoven love stories among pals.

Star Power

This is one of the BL series that is more lighthearted, tranquil, and simple to watch. Of course, the characters still have challenges to work through. However, I like how the miscommunications don’t stay long and the characters truly converse. Prab’s actor is adorably charming and captivating. The step-brothers motif is common in BL, but it’s rare to see one that doesn’t come across as predatory, weird, or lusty.

Overall Opinion

This series was watchable and at least mildly enjoyable thanks to the sweetness of the characters, but that was about all they had going for them.
