Yoo Yoo Jin plays the role of an eccentric, prominent fashion designer dedicated to the world of haute couture. One day, she gets into amnesia and is found in a remote village in the countryside of South Korea. The villages pity her and send her to a house with former star chef Moon Seung Ho. He firmly decided not to go back to his culinary profession after an unfortunate accident. Initially, Moon Seung Ho is not happy with his new guest. But he explores his passion for cooking again when he realizes that Yoo Yoo Jin has an unsatisfiable liking for food. What happens next forms the crux of the series.

The feel-good part

A whole village helps in making this series reach the audience. Both the village and villagers impress us throughout the series. The story has a shad of humanity interspersed in it. Moreover, the plot has its share of good moments.

The disappointing factor

The title may misguide the readers. It would have been better with some other suitable. Besides, the depiction of eating disorders could have been handled more efficiently. The evil plotting of the villain gets boring sometimes, and the drama’s length is also big.

In-depth analysis

The series begins with a reasonable pace and picks up quite well. There is some profoundness in this series which is seldom seen in such romantic comedies. While it has its humorous element intact, it also makes you think a lot. We can relate to some of the characters in the series. The series has a blend of light-hearted and serious moments.

The chef and the designer make up a good pair. The music gels with the tempo of the drama. If the fashion designer’s overcoming of the eating disorder is shown in a convincible manner, the series would have been more powerful.

Star power

The main and supporting characters did their jobs well. The prominent actors’ chemistry is outstanding. The child artist is such a delight to watch, and she seems not to be camera-shy.

Overall opinion

This series has a cute vibe, showing that it is family and love that counts at the end of the day.
