Drama Digest
This is the first Japanese series that came out after the consequences of the Coronavirus were settled. This is a short story of the female protagonist, who is a doctor helping patients to recover from the settling coronavirus. She is a hard worker and spends most of her time on her work. She later realizes wanting to do something new so she decides to find love in her life. This is a story of her discovering a new phase of her busy life.
The Feel-Good Part
The story is a realistic and relatable one. As all of us had gone through coronavirus during the time this show was released, most people would have related to it and found comfort in it. As it was the first show that Japan released after the pandemic outbreak, it was highly applauded and accepted. It came during a time when people were longing for some entertainment in tough times.
The Disappointing Factor
The love story is not anything surprising. The side characters of the show had very few backstories leaving the audience confused. Moreover, the show tried to incorporate a slight love triangle, which did not seem much believable. As there was not much time, it was hard for the show to explain everything.

As the coronavirus pandemic had affected everyone severely, the show tried to incorporate it into the storyline. Mimi Ozakura, the protagonist of the series, is a simple woman who is single and about to turn twenty-nine. She works as an occupational health physician at a corporate clinic. For her, the job has always come first. She looks up to her job as her duty and wants to do her duty with perfection. She is loved by everyone at her workplace. She spends so much time on her work that she barely has time for everything else. After the pandemic hit, she continually worked tirelessly trying to provide the best treatment to the patients. But after some time, as the situation started to seem in control, she decided to try something new. She decided that she wants to fall in love and experience it. So, she started online dating. She registered herself on an online social media app in order to get to chat with someone. Soon she finds someone interested in chatting with her. The man and Mimi start to chat day in and day out. For the first time in a long while, Mimi seems to be a little distracted from her job and excited about chatting with that person all day long. Soon, she starts to fall in love with this person. She isn’t aware of the person’s name, place of residence, age, etc, yet she falls for him. Later in the show, she finds out that her love interest works in the same company as hers, and the man’s name is Fuichi Kobayashi. Their story continues from there.
Star Power
The protagonist of the show, Mimi, portrayed by Haru, is a cute personality. In her short hair, she radiates the vibes of a little and innocent girl with a mature understanding of life.
Overall Opinion
This is an unusual and fluffy love story between the female lead and her co-worker. In the world of both coronavirus and social media, this series is a highly relatable one.
