Drama Digest

More than half of the population will use the virtual dating app “Love Virtually” in the near future. Users can log in to the game by placing a tiny patch on their face in a non-obtrusive manner. Within the virtual world, Seo Min-Joon (Choi Si-Won) and Han Ji-Won (Uee) have fallen in love. The site for “Love Virtually” crashes as they approach their 100th anniversary.

The Feel-Good Part

The images are breathtaking, and the skyscrapers and lovely city lights wowed me. I wish there was more to the narrative; it felt a little flat in the middle, but I loved the idea of falling in love digitally. The music is excellent, and the acting is gentle and enjoyable to see. Also, Uee and Choi Shi Won have a great chemistry.

The Disappointing Factor

It wasn’t well-executed enough. It missed that certain something that would have piqued my interest and left me seeking more at the conclusion of the presentation. You’ll be relieved when it will get over. Another issue was that UEE and Siwon had any chemistry, which made the show difficult to watch. The twist of the two interacting in real life was insufficient to keep things exciting and fascinating.

In-Depth Analysis

More than half of the world’s population will use the virtual software ‘Love Virtually’ in the near future. People use a ‘Love Virtually’ ID to find the mates they want with the faces they want, which has become a popular practice. Before plastic surgery, a couple develops their love for each other by creating their IDs with their faces. The pair is set to make love on the 100th day after their first encounter through the app, but the app is down. It is a romantic comedy about a couple trying to find true love in a future where virtual reality is the standard by combining the actual and virtual worlds. They meet before and after cosmetic surgery in both the real world and virtual reality; the world’s criteria for attractiveness may be worthless for people looking for their other half. Whatever the real or virtual world, the main thing is ‘the apple of my eye.’

Star Power

Seo Min-Joon (the love of my life) is played by Choi Siwon, while Han Ji-Won is played by Uee. They began dating through the app and met in person with their actual and old faces. They’d both had plastic surgery and were at the centre of a scandal. Their plastic surgeon had given the same face to tens of thousands of other people. And they’ve both noticed that people are now dating them just for their nice looks, and they’ve lost their sense of self in the presence of so many doppelgängers. So, with their old ‘ugly’ features, they fell in love. Honestly, they only have moles on their faces and Siwon has a mullet. They’re not unattractive. SMH.

Overall Opinion

Normally, we see guys and girls receiving surgery and being admired for their new looks, but in this case, they adored each other just the way they were. The drama’s message is that it doesn’t matter where you meet. It’s all about how much you care about each other.
