On Valentine’s Day, the plot is set. Saku and the sun have been squirming since the morning, hoping for chocolate from the vacuum (Mitsuki Takahata), but the vacuum makes no such pretence and proceeds to the examination. The two that were left behind were so awful that they joked about it. The sun leaps from the clinic and transforms into a stray lad in the frigid sky.

Valentine’s Day is the setting for the story. Saku and Taiyou fidget in the morning, hoping to receive chocolate from Masora, but Masora appears to be oblivious and departs for the day. With the two left behind, the situation quickly deteriorated when they began making fun of one another. Taiyou flees the clinic in a rage and becomes a wayward boy! Saku and Taiyou are caught in the middle of a series of unfathomable calamities…!
