Drama Digest

An absolute watchable anime drama that includes moral lessons for children. It’s an atypical kid program, but other age ones can watch if they want, to watch light-weight drama to enlighten their mood. It’s a typical Arab world drama to say.

The Feel-Good Part

It’s a straightforward and pleasant drama. It narrates different kinds of folklore. It’s a really knowledgeable drama in terms of Arab culture and tradition. The narration of folklores is done really nicely. There is no too deep message innate or complex one that a kid won’t understand. There is no misinformation given through it about Arab world customs. Although they have narrated typical Arab folklore, what’s nice to see is that it’s for children’s purpose. The intensity in it is toned down. This anime reveals that how many west values are similar to other cultures and performed in other countries too. The efforts of writers can be seen clearly.

The Disappointing Factor

The execution of the series isn’t doing well and it could have been improvised. For instance, the animations, the graphics that are shown aren’t the standout ones. As the show progressed it started to lose its grip and the whole plot went downwards. The visuals can be said to be bland in the series. As the presentation of this anime lacks a lot of finishing stuff, it is pretty easily forgettable. Also, it’s that kind of anime you can’t watch in one go. You need to watch it in parts.

In-Depth Analysis

The whole plot of this anime is based on the year 2050; a lot of unimaginable technical stuff is present in it. The main protagonist is Riyadh, who lives with three other siblings. It’s the journey of all four young children and how they deal with and solve the problems they face in daily life. It also reflects such a good message that how much elder support and guidance is needed. As every day their grandma tells folktales, it always ends with giving them a life lesson to deal with their problems.

Star Power

The audio dubbing is done profoundly accurate. Not just the children but also the ones who did grandma’s voice-over. As for the narration, the way of speaking is charismatic, and one can tell the speaking person did a great job in context for it.

Overall Opinion

Although it’s a child drama as for my preference, it can merely be considered as okay. However, it doesn’t carry many fun, exciting or lifting elements. But if you like classics with a mixture of uniqueness, you can go for it.
