In-depth Analysis
Shi De and Shu Yi split up five years ago after their long-distance relationship didn’t work out. After spotting Shi De with another lady, Shu Yi felt betrayed and cut off all communication with him. Shu Yi has since promoted to vice-president of his father’s company. His company just purchased a new IT firm managed by the one and only CEO Gao Shi De. After meeting after five years, Shi De and Shu Yi instantly start to quarrel. Shu Yi, visibly upset, threatens to dismiss half of the newly amalgamated company’s staff, including the CEO. Shi De, who feels sorry, seeks to make amends with his ex-boyfriend. He is adamant about winning Shu Yi back and mending their shattered relationship. Shu Yi has no intention of making their working relationship smooth. He intends to play with Shi De’s emotions, inflicting as much misery on him as Shu Yi did during their separation. Shi De is overwhelmed by these mental games and breaks down during an emotional evening. Shu Yi begins to question if he’s still strong enough to hold this resentment as Shi De bares his emotions.
Star Power
In ‘No. 1 for You,’ the main protagonists already had a strong bond, which grew powerful in Fighting Mr. 2nd. Many intense scenes between them will thrill viewers. This series has been carried by the power of Shi De and Shu Yi’s friendship. They’re a versatile couple. They might be either sweet and sensitive or seductive and hot. It is a lively, dynamic coupling; the two characters work nicely together.
