Drama Digest
An impressive and cheerful girl, Yuan Na Na caught the eye of the dreadful-looking man, Xiao Hai. Despite being frightened of him, she keeps her cool. Another side, this man has an entirely different side of him. This drama imparts a good story, despite short episodes. In all, it is a short masterpiece, very entertaining and perfect for a binge-watch.
The Feel-Good Part
The story managed to pack up all the details very nicely. It comprises two sensitive themes- bullying and child insult. Apart from these serious issues, it has presented all the comedy elements perfectly. Some of the places shown in the drama were also very heart-warming. It also teaches us the importance of friendship and how it helps us in difficult times. The execution of the acting was good.
The Disappointing Factor
The age difference between the main leads feels a bit off-beat. The conclusion is not a point without any confirmed next season. In the ending, you only get closure from the growth of the female lead.

Uncle cool is a story that revolves around a cheerful school girl and a cold-hearted doctor. The female lead is timid it, was interesting to see her navigate school life. The relationship between a young girl and a man was good to see. It didn’t feel that they had age differences. Their characters are portrayed well, and their relationship is not shown in a bad sense. The uncle was being a protector and always looked out for her. The female lead became more confident and more assertive as she overcomes the problems. The chemistry between the couple was reasonable and didn’t get awkward or strange despite their age differences. The comedy part was also done well. Other than the comedy, they also presented school bullying and child abuse. The storyline is tremendous and unique. It was a significant aspect of the theatre. The music was set properly for the show. The overall character development was also good. The ending was open and felt incomplete. What makes this unique and exciting is the storyline it picturised. The plot and storyline are absurd beautifully. the grand opening to the themes played out in the drama were all gorgeous. The subtle nuances, the plot lines and complex characters, all came together to sketch a glorious theatre. The execution was at its best in the time constraints. It was quick-paced and comedy as a typical web drama, but it flowed well; despite the presentation of serious topics, it, wasn’t a sappy drama. The ending was also satisfactory. This drama is adapted from the webtoon “Uncle Cool” by Homer.
