Drama Digest

The female lead, Bai Su Ji, is a comic character who, because of some consequences, comes out of the comic. She is determined to convince the writer to continue the comic as the writer has stopped updating the comic because the genre is out of trend. But she mistakes, An Yu Feng, the male lead, as the writer and he has no option other than to take her home with him.

Things become more complicated when the main lead of the comic also comes out, who is chauvinistic and thinks he knows everything.

After trying hard not to fall for Bai Su Ji, An Yu Fang gingerly draws toward her, is warmed by her spirit, and fortuitously falls in love with her.

The Feel-Good Part

In the starting, An Yu Fang is just a grumpy character with meager social skills. He is only interested in solving the mystery of Bai Su Ji, but gradually he starts getting soft and decides to help her get back in the comic, which is heartbreaking and so beautiful because he is also falling in love with her.

The Disappointing Factor

There is not anything new in this drama. It is your typical everyday fantasy show with nothing original. Just a few cute moments here and there, which also get cringy at some point. The script is not delivered in a very effective way.

In-Depth Analysis

The male lead is a physicist at a university, who one day comes across this comic, and throws it and the female lead of the comic comes out of it. The story is straightforward and unadorned. The script is kept simple. There were almost no twists other than the one toward the ending, which was necessary to keep the drama afloat. There is nothing too dramatic, and everything is straightforward. The male lead of the comic was too jingoistic, which was not funny in any way.

This is a mini-drama, so it doesn’t feel too draggy, and you can watch it in no time.

Star Power

The star cast was good enough, but their acting was negotiable. The main lead gives no facial expressions. It feels like the female lead keeps up the show, but at some point, a mary sue character gets irritating. The supporting cast were also amateur actors.

Overall Opnion

A cute mini-drama with not much drama. The male and female lead relationship is adorable. It is a funny concept. It could have been better. Suitable for one-time watch.
