Drama Digest

It tells the story of Han Ruo Fei, a former star athlete who joined the archery squad in order to rebuild the athletes in accordance with the company’s arrangement and ultimately became Cai Jin Ye’s apprentice. The two, who don’t get along at first, have to cut off any little object and try to make each other’s lives unpleasant. Han Ruo Fei and Cai Jin Ye get along well, and because of this, Cai Jin Ye is powerfully inspired by their relationship to follow her goals. The two hearts are getting closer together as two unrelated arrows are trying to fly to their respective bullseyes.

The Feel-Good Part

The story is good and could have been much better if they had worked a bit on the characters and the theme instead of giving up at the end. It felt good to see a proper high school theme with all the things happening, like the jerk male lead who turns head over heels and changes himself after falling for the sweet and innocent female lead. It also has the usual groups you find in high school like jocks, cheerleaders, nerds, etc., which make it truly a show set in high school.

The Disappointing Factor

Even though the whole show is set around the archery theme, it tends to evaporate and disappear after a while, making one wonder why  such a theme even exists since it is of no use except for making the leads meet and cross paths. It was also disappointing to see the female lead being pushed around; this is a troupe in all Chinese dramas that doesn’t seem to be leaving any time soon. Even though the female lead appears to be strong-minded, she does not appear to be so because she keeps getting pushed around by everyone.

In-Depth Analysis

It narrates the tale of Han Ruo Fei, a former star who joined the archery team as an auditor to restructure the athlete as per the company’s agreement and later became Cai Jin Ye’s apprentice. The two, who initially don’t get along, have to put up with anything and work to annoy each other. Han Ruo Fei and Cai Jin Ye get along well, and this makes their friendship a potent motivator for Cai Jin Ye to pursue her aspirations. Two unrelated arrows are attempting to fly to their respective bullseyes while the two hearts continue to draw closer.

Star Power

Han acts like a clown and is a nerd. Han needs to mature because he is immature. Stop acting like a child around him. He isn’t being held accountable for his deeds! He only has the coach to answer to. Why do women seem to be speaking through their noses? Although it was amusing at first, it is now ridiculous. Cai is supposed to be a strong-willed individual, but she is currently letting Han push her around.

Overall Opinion

This drama is great to watch if you needlessly do not want to wrack your brain or need something that you can watch as filler background noise. It does the job perfectly.
