The ice superpower is called Cryokinesis. It means- The psychical ability to control and create ice and cold temperatures. Any anime character with this power has the upper hand in battle as it can freeze himself or the opponent or any object, generate ice/snow, manipulate ice and mold it into various forms into animals or weapons, retaining more powers. Haku is an orphan from the Land of Water of the Yuki clan. He has tough ice powers which cannot melt by the opposing fire. He uses his ice power to create n number of mirrors to tangle his opponents, and he can travel through them. This technique is called Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals, which Haku can use even in the air/sky.

Isaac, best known as Freezing Alchemist, is the former State Alchemist. He can freeze his blood and boil the water, making it a thick cloud of vapor to escape. And this is called Water Alchemy.
