Movie Digest

Toey and Oat meet again by chance after four years. All of their old emotions resurface. Toey and Oat must decide between morality and desire. Their love is beautiful, yet it causes pain to those close to them. How are they going to handle it? Toey and Oat’s life will be eternally affected regardless of their decision.

The Feel-Good Part

The film’s location was the biggest highlight in inducing those romantic feelings in the actors and the audience.

The Disappointing Factor

Some scenes and lines might be too cheesy. Other than that, there is nothing to pinpoint as a disappointing factor.

In-Depth Analysis

This film is a sequel to the 2016 Present Perfect. The film’s two key themes are that love hurts and that love is about forgiveness. This film operates as a stand-alone with little reference to the original one. After Toey and Oat accidentally meet at the airport, they connect and exchange Facebook details. Oat tries to contact him, but Toey ignores it all. It was when Toey decided to take a trip to a resort. When Oat shows up abruptly at the same resort the next day to woo Toey, he is astonished and terrified. Toey wants to do the right thing morally, but he can’t help but fall in love with Oat. Finally, for their love, they decide to give them a chance and spend three days together. The directors designed the Thai resort to serve the characters’ delicate emotions while allowing nature to show in its natural splendor. The film is also technically superb, with stunning cinematography, flawless editing, a great soundtrack, and scenes edited to entertain and surprise.

Star Power

Kritsana Maroukasonthi (Oat) and Adisorn Tonawanik (Toey) played brilliantly. Together, they were able to bring out various emotions and the depth of their chemistry. The supporting characters each played an important role and added to the entertainment.

Overall Opinion

It is a heart-warming love story. The story isn’t particularly innovative, but the characters make it captivating.
