 The Feel-Good Part

The filmmaker did justice with recreating the movie with manga of the same name. The movie has a interesting details.

The Disappointing Factor

The movie is watchable in comparison to other films that are adapted from manga. The movie feels dragging. The cinematic implementation was poor.

In-Depth Analysis

The story revolves around a man who got his head drilled. That allowed him to use his mind to see into people’s trauma. The first half of the movie was concerning. The central character explored his recently found out ability.  The first half of the movie is engaging and it convinces you to go ahead with the full movie. The second half became a mystery and drama. The build up was unable to address the characters background. Many things are not explained properly. The story in the second half is not much intriguing. The logic behind drilling a hole in one’s brain and making more space for the brain to be used seemed senseless. The projection of the homunculus was unique.

 Star Power

All the actors did well. The complications in the characters are presented in a mannered way. The characters rejoice themselves as you go deep in the movie.

Overall Opinion

The movie is adapted from the manga of the same name. Overall is an interesting story with remorse and concussion.
