After quitting his job, Nagao opened his clinical shop in the Amagasaki shopping locale. He treated 1500 patients as a home doctor by offering treatment at any time of the day. He would personally go to the houses of the patients and treat them, as he did not believe in prescribing a lot of medicines unnecessarily. This shows Nagao’s passion and commitment to his job as a doctor. He genuinely cared for his patients, and his empathy outshines medical practitioners in big hospitals.

Tasuku Emoto, as the narrator of the documentary, has done an excellent job. His voice smoothly flows through the events shown in the documentary, which holds the attention of its viewers. One can easily take in the information that is being put out and can engage with the characters.
