Movie Digest

The planet is overrun by flora and civilization is depleted after a medication used to duplicate plant cells generates a sentient type of flower. In a mission to inject an antidote into the core of the plants to halt their growth, a Chinese task force, a widower father, and his little daughter fight for survival.

The Feel-Good Part

Rather than corny, pretentious, and obnoxious, this song is hopeful, genuine, and enjoyable.

The plant/monster hybrids were fantastic. The special effects in the movie are excellent. All of the high-rise structures are rusted and unfinished. The city was transformed into a primitive woodland by the entangled vines and trees. The first part of the movie was rather enjoyable. Green tide seemed like an all-encompassing killer. The heavily armed action team was dispatched. Several action scenes were shot under strict control and were really exhilarating to see.

The Disappointing Factor

The concept of “Restarting the Earth” is excellent, but the plot design and fantastic bridge in the second half are the film’s main flaws. At the very least, the fundamental elements of seriousness and rigour are absent!

Even the plot is hazy, and it will only rush the plot along regardless of logic or continuity.

In-Depth Analysis

Humans devised medications to enhance the accelerated reproduction of plant cells to combat desertification, but they unintentionally freed the stress system of plants and aroused plant emotions. Cities were swiftly swamped by over-producing plants, which attacked humanity. A global event that may result in the extinction of human civilization. The global joint action team has been dispatched to implement medications that suppress plant activity as the green tide approaches. The Chinese crew and survivors meet in perilous circumstances, journey through the city’s rubble, and collaborate to achieve the challenging assignment.

Star Power

The male protagonist employed people to win the sky to cheer the people of the world, and Yang Hao truly reawakened the people of the world. This layout is a little messy!

Overall Opinion

As we all know, Chinese cgi may be a bit shoddy at times, and that is true here as well, but it is more than adequate. However, part of it is pretty good, and the scenery of the overgrown/post apocalyptic city is the star of the show, and I was quite surprised by the graphics.
