Drama Digest

Lisa is a rich, spoiled young lady who returned after her studies in England to find out that her folks were in debt. She needed to repay the debt, in which Don’s mom helped her.

Don is the grandson of an extremely popular farm owner. When Don’s granddad died, he named Don as his successor, but only under one condition. To get the farm, Don needed to marry and have a kid within a year. If not, the farm would be granted to his cousin’s sibling.Don’s mom adored Lisa, so she pushed them towards marriage. Initially, both of them rejected the proposal. Then, Don’s mom announced that she was going to die soon, so Lisa accepted it as an indication of gratitude. Since Don and Lisa didn’t love one another, they agreed to act as a married couple for 6 months.

Despite of their contrasting ways of life, nothing could stop destiny from playing its role.

The Feel-Good part

A strong female lead who can safeguard herself and mostly makes smart choices. A male lead who’s a great person, yet somewhat underhanded. What’s more, he looks great shirtless, just saying. (Next time I think I’ll keep a count of shirtless scenes when I watch certain actors… A girl can have hobbies). The lead couple really talked and resolved issues together. Charming second lead couple sentiment. For me, the element of comedy was enjoyable. It made them grin, snicker, and giggle. Strong plotlines without an excessive number of holes in character activities. Some nearby experiences of humanity. Absolutely loved the mother and sister of the male lead. The grandma character could kick rear too. I truly partook in the landscape and area shots. Adored the ending!

The Disappointing Factor

Female lead truly beats up on the male lead an excess of IMO. However, I feel that goes for both of the characters, so I can live with it. I don’t think the scriptwriter truly showed the SML falling for the SFL. Nobody provided help to the insane girl. She really needed professional help.

I think it went a little off track and rehashed plot lines towards the end. However, you see that frequently in Thai lakorns.

In-Depth Analysis

Story-milking a cow can be this heartfelt, I didn’t have any idea. Amazing romcom. You cannot count how many chuckles you get watching this lakron. The most reasonable part was it doesn’t have any forced kiss or assault scenes, the ML holds up like hell until the end.

Star Power

Mik Thongraya as don was great but at times his cheesiness was spilling over. His face is too cheesy when he flirts with Lisa.

Min as Lisa was wild, strong, and adorable. Plot says she is spoilt which isn’t true. She is a caring, adorable warrior who thoroughly takes care of the family while maintaining her own personality. Her fighting sequence was great when she battled with hooligans, however was overstepping the mark when she battled with Don, you could really feel sorry for him.

May as Ratree was great as in the negative depiction of character. I loathed Ratree whenever she talked about herself in a third individual way and continually took the name Ratree, it was so irritating.

Overall Opinion

All in all, this was an awesome drama. Heaps of sentiment, extraordinary parody, great plot, and enough tension and drama to make it fascinating without going over the top and worrying me. It’s flawed, yet it’s most certainly worth watching.
