Drama Digest

Songkran starts as a real estate magnate and notorious womanizer known for his playboy lifestyle. He has a son named Pe. However, his journey to this point is quite a transformation. Pe’s mother abandoned them to be with another man when Pe was young, leaving Songkran heartbroken. This experience shapes him into someone who treats women as mere objects, earning him the nickname ‘Invincible Casanova.’ His close friend Sia Ou, who manages a modeling agency, shares his relationship views. On the other hand, Ingdao and her family are successful orange farmers. She is known for her strong personality and refusal to tolerate mistreatment from others. Due to her unique appearance, marked by a giant mole and a somewhat chaotic look, she’s often perceived as unattractive. Despite this, she’s in a relationship with Nu, a charming and well-mannered teacher from their town.

The Feel-Good Part

The chemistry between the actors was terrific, and the plot was great too. The storyline was entirely unexpected and unpredictable.

The Disappointing Factor

The show was okay, besides a few minor flaws. The starting episodes began as really dull and uninteresting. There were a lot of revenge plots and fights that made the show unbearable. There were also a few forced cringy and humorous moments in the series.

In-Depth Analysis

On a closer look, the story’s imperfections are only apparent if you delve into the finer details; essentially, it’s a straightforward romantic comedy. In my opinion, this stands out from the usual romantic comedy Thai dramas as it maintains a consistent plot, endearing characters worth cheering for, and a passionate connection between the main characters. If you have an affinity for romantic comedies, I’d recommend giving this a go. Alternatively, if you’re like me and enjoy juggling multiple dramas, this is an excellent choice for when you want to unwind without overthinking and just take a relaxing break.

Star Power

The movie was good. Mook Mookda Narinrak played the role of Ingdao Naowarat, Michael Pattaradet Sa-nguankwamdee played the role of Songkran Thanakul, Nutt Atirutt Singhaaumpol played the role of Au, Jaibua Hidding played the role of Moddang, Jayda Saranya Chunhasart played the role of Ingjan, and Big Thongpoom Siripipat played the role of Vidsanu.

Overall Opinion

If you like simple rom-coms, this one will surely entice you!
