Drama Digest –

A Hallyu star is hiding a big secret from the world that he is bound to not to reveal at all. The female lead is a determined and driven entertainment reporter and is pretty successful in his job. His secret is whenever he touches a woman, he turns to a little boy. He always has to lie to his fans in order to cover up for the situation. She is in love and is scared for the relationship. She has a good understanding and maturity and has gained empathy for him, but she is still unconvinced on whether she should reveal the truth or not.

The Feel-Good Part –

This miniseries broadcasted on various platforms all over the internet has shown some excellent character development among the Korean and Thai dramas. The female lead, a Vietnamese reporter, especially is very bold and strong, which brings a newmade charm to the series. The way she handled the situation he faced daily was applaudable. This series adds another star to its makers by being a miniseries, which is not only time-saving for the viewers but also holds the attention of the audience, and it keeps them excited and eager for the story.

The Disappointing Factor –

The show is short for the type of content it shows, and the duration is also less enough. The story revolves around the two young characters, and it somewhat ignores the other characters from the story. The reporter chooses not to share the secret of this famous personality, which is showing dishonesty to her reporting company. The main characters are highlighted the most and given the most screen time, which does no justice to the other main characters in the show. The supernatural element of the show is wacky and unsatisfying.

In-Depth Analysis –

Chi Mai is one of the great female leads. Her love for her job and JIN is shown when she chooses not to reveal the truth, which also indicates how deep-rooted and lovable her personality is. She is given great company by JIN, who never questions her decisions and is overall an excellent person. He always wants the best for her, regardless of her big sacrifice to let the news not go public. He truly loves her and is the best match for her. The cheerful sections shown under this grim theme of the series are refreshing and thought-provoking and notable.

Star Power –

JIN’s character is well-scripted for the main lead of the show. He is elegant and has a firm behaviour for others, even though he knows he is in a big mess. He experiences pain, but still, she wishes the best for Chi Mai. He is kind and compassionate. In contrast, Chi Mai is lovable with a firm pride. She is confident in herself and knows his pain. The charming way everyone keeps their role, whether it is negative or positive is tremendously stellar. The language issues between the main lead are also fairly known, where Chi Mai carries a headphone for translating JIN’s words.

Overall Opinion –

An inspiring story with inspiring characters. A good investment for your time!
