Drama Digest:

An ENA thriller drama is called “Unlock The Boss.” It is a remake of Park SeongHyun’s webcomic of the same name. The leading actors are Chae JongHyeop, Park SungWoong, and Seo EunSoo. The brilliant CEO of a major firm unintentionally passed away and transformed into a smartphone. They will then cooperate to track down his killer with the aid of a job seeker.

The Feel-Good Part:

Things started to settle down and move beyond the obvious as the story progressed. The filming is quite interesting and enjoyable.

The Disappointing Factor:

Both the additional office element and any genuinely endearing characters would improve it, but neither exist. A contemporary catastrophe story that gives you lots of motivation and hope to focus on the things you can change when you can’t alter anything else. It’s a good watch, but you probably won’t feel like watching it again because there isn’t much going on in the plot and the characters aren’t particularly interesting or memorable. So it is difficult to tell how each character develops. The series may have stayed fresh with more thrilling turns.

In-Depth Analysis:

Chae JongHyeop played an acting major who was looking for work and came across a speaking phone before attempting to assist it. Park SungWoong is the well-known CEO of Silver Linings, an up-and-coming IT company. Seo EunSoo plays Park Inseong’s ally and Kim SeonJu’s robot-like secretary. Heo JiNa serves as the housekeeper for Kim SeonJu. As a bodyguard and secretary, Bang JooHwan. The series follows an unemployed young man whose life changes after picking up a peculiar smartphone and a business head who becomes locked in a smartphone following a suspicious incident.

Star Power:

Young Korean actor and model Chae JongHyeop made his debut only six years ago. He appeared in dramas including “Nevertheless,” “The Witch’s Diner,” and “Love All Play” in 2021. (2022). Actor Park SungWoong recently appeared in the films “When The Devil Calls Your Name” (2019) and “Rugal” (2020), and he will also be seen in at least two other films in 2019. Seo EunSoo is an actress and model who has been in a few dramas and films. We might include “Top Management” (2018), “Legal High” (2019), and “Missing: The Other Side” as some of her most notable performances (2020). The series may have stayed fresh with more thrilling turns.

The performances were great and accurate to the written material. Actors did well in all roles, from lead to supporting.

Overall Opinion:

Webtoon viewers might be eager to see the friendship develop between the three actors, particularly between Chae JongHyeop and Seo EunSoo. A few of the sequences surprise the audience, which makes them enjoyable. Even for seasoned viewers of K-dramas, this eccentric one offers a novel plot. It came to a sudden and hasty end.
