Drama Digest

A village holds spirits of missing and deceased people. An investigation begin to search for the missing bodies and discover the truth behind their disappearance. Kim Wook is a smooth talker and good looking. He does fraud to make a living. One day he arrives at Duon village where the missing dead bodies gather. Soon, he faced many mysteries. Jang Pan Seok, secretly looks for the missing people. He is links to Duon village and the outside world. He is partners in fraud with Kim Wook and he also solves cases. Kim Wook has a supporter Lee Jong Ah, a white-hat hacker out to gain social justice. As her day job, she works as a low ranking public officer at a community center. Shin Joon Ho works as an elite detective, a month before his wedding his fiancée Chou Yeo Na disappeared. He applies for the missing person squad to find her.

The Feel-Good Part

The show was heavy on emotions and suspense part was maintained well. The ending was made realistic. The drama had a compelling storyline and the pacing was perfect. The show had a remarkable cinematography.

The Disappointing Factor

Having heart warming moments, the story felt sallow at times. The plot was rushed at points where it should have focused and lacked details in some aspects.

In-Depth Analysis

The heaviness and complexity of the drama is loveable. The people of the village have painful stories. The story progressed in a fantastic manner and the connections of the characters. The twist and shocking secret in the drama were thrilling like Kim Wook’s past, Joon Ho’s story, Mr. Jang’s unfortunate past, and Yeon Na’s death. The ending was also bittersweet. The main characters has fleshed out stories. The main leads were the standout point of the drama and they were well suited for their roles. The concept was wholesome. The heart-wrenching realities were depicted wonderfully. The plot was made interesting with mysterious storytelling.

Star Power

Ahn So Hee did a good job. She played her role with all that was needed. Heo Joon Ho as Mr. Jang and Ha Joon as Joon Ho were likable characters of the drama that were played with sincerity. The other cast also did great.

Overall Opinion

The set up of the drama was worth-watching. The ending was mature and realistic. The drama is good to go with it has everything from the storyline to acting all were worth it.
