Drama Digest
This is a Wuxia drama that is a genre of Chinese fiction. The story begins as Zhang Qing Hong realizes that she doesn’t want to live an ordinary life by marrying and having kids like everyone her age. Her dream is to become a great martial arts master. She enters the martial world full of curiosity and finds out that the martial world is not as fair play. Looking at the dark side of the martial arts world, Qing Hong decides to change the unjust world. Set on changing the martial world, she chose the notorious playboy, Lin Fang to accompany her on this journey.
The feel-Good Part
This drama has cute characters which make it interesting to watch. The chemistry between Zhang Qing Hong and Lin Yang is cute and worth watching.
Disappointing Factor
At first, the story is unique and fun, but later on, to make it more enjoyable, the story drifted apart and became quite boring and predictable for a while.
In-Depth Analysis
.Qing Hong is determined to bring out changes in the martial world. She chose Lin Fang to accompany her. Lin Fang has a dark secret that he is hiding. He fools people that he is a sickly playboy while he was planning in secret to avenge his clan. He changes after meeting Qing Hong, falls in love with her, and takes her battle into his hands to protect her.
Star Power
Xing Fei impressed us with her cuteness. She did an amazing job projecting her character as playful yet serious at the same time. A lot of fans watched this drama just to see Alan Yu’s charming performance.
Overall Opinion
This drama is fun to watch with a hint of suspense. Overall it has a good story and the characters are well presented on screen. It is definitely worth watching.
