Drama Digest
Princess Chen Lang Yue, was favoured by the stale emperor allowed to grow up free and expressive despite dwelling within the confines of the palace. Princess is not only a beauty but competent in poetry to music. She is buoyed by her curiosity in edifice bargains out of the palace to join a team of craftsmen. The Muyu team formed by Li Qing Feng with his childhood friend Luo Ye. Luo Qing Feng is an architecture. He belongs to an aristocratic family. But, he is insecure about his status as an illegitimate son. People with different personalities come together to build an interesting architecture.
The Feel-Good Part
The story telling was the main highlight of the show. The characters of all the right people were all interesting. The theme of the drama is unique. It has an main focus on architecture.
The Disappointing Factor
There was a issue with pacing in few episodes. There were some boring parts through the drama. The romance between the leads was not facilitating.
In-Depth Analysis
The story revolves around a bunch of young people. They found each other and work together in an architecture group. They all are different people with different backgrounds. But, they form a solid team from till the end. The chemistry between the main leads KiKi and Huang Sheng Chi was great. Li Qing Feng was a typical thundered male lead beating charming. Luo Ye proved to be a charming boss. Wang Sheng was the guardian but became the seventh wheel and he was only one left without love line.
Star Power
Kiki Xu and Huang Sheng Chi did a great work as the main leads. The supporting actors lived up to the expectation. The drama is enhanced by the performances of the actors.
Overall Opinion
The flowers are blooming is a charming drama. It is an amazing historical drama.
