Drama Digest
This drama is the third installment of a drama series called “The Lost Tomb”. The story starts after a decade after the tomb raiders went on their last missions. The tomb raiders: Wu Xie, Wang Pang Zi, Zhang Qi Ling. Wu Xie receives a mysterious text from his uncle, who went missing. After that, he called the other tomb raiders and sets out for an investigation.
The Feel-Good Part
If not anything, the show is worth watching for the visual effects of the amazing display of the virtual world. The story is complex, but it has additional elements such as humor, sadness, and horror moments that will keep you interested.
The Disappointing Factor
To disappointing factor about the show was the slow pacing of the second part of the show. And the Romance factor that was added in the second part was not fitting according to most critics.
In-Depth Analysis
The three Tomb raiders, after 10 years, give up on adventures and leave a normal life. Wu Xie was suffering from a lung illness. But when he receives an unusual text from his beloved uncle, he lives everything behind and calls his other Tomb raider friends to investigate the case. What they discover is a world full of supernatural powers and dangerous feelings that can cause danger to the entire world. Since they left adventure almost a decade ago, the mission became challenging for them.
Star Power
To show has an amazing cast that delivered excellent performances and they could not have chosen any better. Zhu Yi Long, Cheng Ming Hao, and Huang Jin Jie, who played the three roles in the iron triangle had amazing chemistry and portrayed long-time friendships in the show.
Overall Opinion
It’s an excellent drama with beautiful visuals and scenes. It is well-produced, and the story is entertaining to watch.
