Drama Digest
Bi Xiao Ran meets with a horrible accident. Her twin sister, Jiang Li Li, has to disguise herself as her sister to launch the company’s major collaboration. But the twins are opposites. Xiao Ran is a stern person, and Jiang Li is sweet. Zheng Yi, Xiao Ran’s boss, could see through the ruse. Jiang Li has no choice but to tell him the truth, and they have decided to keep the act until Xiao Ran recovers. Xiao Ran and Zheng Yi have always pretended to be a fake couple for business reasons. Due to rumors, Zheng Yi persuades Jiang Li to move in with him to kill the bad press. Jiang Li soon finds herself drawn to Zheng Yi.

In-Depth Analysis
The drama’s adaptation is from the novel Ta Ni Guang Er Lai by best-selling author Zuo Tong. The story of the drama has nothing new to offer. There were all the cliché ideas in any romance story. The only element of the plot that deviates slightly from the norm is the presence of twins, with the younger twin forced to assume the identity of her elder twin sister. However, since the male lead was aware of the ruse from the beginning, there is still nothing exciting about this. The male protagonist was manipulative and gas-lighting, while the female lead was gullible and childish. They celebrated these qualities of the characters in the drama. But these qualities can be very problematic and annoying in the real world. So it is best to keep your moral compass away while watching this drama. The introduction of the characters in the show is very concise and easy to comprehend. But these characters do not have substantial growth as the drama progress. The cinematography was beautiful, especially the scenes where twins together were smoothly executed without discomfort. The drama has a happy ending for the main couple.
Star Power
Rain Wang played the role of Bi Xiao Ran and Jiang Li Li and did very well switching between the characters. Rain Wang and Luo Zheng (Zheng Yi) had great chemistry that you can see through the drama.
