Drama Digest

After six years of marriage with a child, Ling Xunxun, the female lead, got a divorce from her husband at the age of twenty-nine. She didn’t have any job where she could raise her son. After their divorce, she accidentally bumps into the luxurious car of a beauty company’s CEO, Cheng Li, who is the male lead. And she unexpectedly becomes his assistant, where she needs to work 24/7 every day. She was so bright that she could find out her boss’s likes and dislikes. The story is about how they fell in love with each other and what happened next.

The Feel Good Part

Some of the good things about this drama were that it has 16 episodes, which is perfect for the story and didn’t make it boring or draggy. Scenes with the side characters were fun. No evil-minded people who mess up the story. And the friendship between the female lead and her best friend is highlighted. They support each other in the ups and downs of their lives.

The Disappointing Factor

One of the things I disliked about this drama was the ending. Even though it has a happy ending, it was unexpected and not pleasing. And the acting was not interesting but emotional.

In-Depth Analysis

The bonding between the female and male leads is well portrayed. The female role would create an impact by being an optimistic and independent character. Also, the way the female lead cherishes her relationship with her friend is admirable. Though the love story is irrational, the drama makes these characters believable.

Star Power

The actors and actresses were good-looking and well-acted. Even the side characters were more robust in acting.

Overall Opinion

The drama is relaxing to watch and doesn’t have any violent scenes. It’s a good drama for an office romance/ boss-employee relationship concept.
