“Castle in the Time” is an upcoming South Korean television series. It is based on Jiaojiao’s book of the same name. Inspired by Jiaojiao’s book “Castle in the Time.” The story revolves around an encounter that connects a student of palaeontology with a seasoned actor, and the romance that follows. Bright and upbeat, Xu Zhen is a young woman who resists giving up easily. She seeks a job at Jiang Ye Entertainment, where her mother is a director, in an effort to mend relations between her and her sick father. While there, she unintentionally observes Gu Chi Jun being rudely rejected by his ex-girlfriend over and over again. All in an effort to protect his enormous and severely battered ego, Gu Chi Jun tries all in his ability to drive Xu Zhen away so that she won’t have an opportunity to reveal what happened to him. Instead, she charms him into making her his personal assistant. Xu Zhen discovers that she could be in danger after learning about a plot within the company.
Star Power
Zhang Zhe Han, a Chinese actor and singer, portrays Gu Zhi Jun. He made his screen debut in the 2010 romance series. He won the Weibo Award for Rising Artist of the Year in 2020 and also won the Most Watched/Followed Actor of the Year Award at the Weibo Movie Night Awards in 2021. Li Yi Zhen, a Chinese actress, portrays Xu Zhen. There are other popular actors as well, such as Xu Ke, Zhao Yu Xi, etc.
