A growing number of fashionable Thai celebrities are being carefully selected as ambassadors and friends of the house of numerous prestigious labels as Thailand's fashion industry seems to grow. The fashion world has become extremely popular with Thai celebrities.
1. Phakphum Romsaithong
Nicknamed Mile, he is a prominent actor and singer in the Thai industry. He has been active in the industry for a significant amount of time but rose to fame after appearing in the BL series KinnPorsche. Mile has made headlines again as the newest male brand ambassador for the French luxury brand Dior. He will be attending the Dior Men’s Summer 24 show.
2. Nattawin Wattanagitipha
He is a Thai actor and model who also appeared in the successful BL series KinnPorsch, as the love interest of Mile. He made his debut in Sud Kaen Saen Rak with Channel 3. Nattawin Wattanagitipha is nicknamed Apo. Apo has also been chosen as the brand ambassador for the French fashion house Dior with Mile. They will be attending the Dior Men’s Summer 24 show together.
3. Vachirawit Chivaaree
Vachirawit Chivaaree, popularly known as Bright, is a Thai actor, model, and singer. He appeared in the famous Thai drama F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers. He is one of the most famous artists in the Thai industry. He is the brand ambassador of many acclaimed and widely recognized brands. Bright was officially introduced by the British luxury fashion house Burberry as their brand ambassador. He is their first South Asia-Pacific Brand Ambassador. Bright collaborated with them on the “Lola Bags” photography campaign. This year Bright attended Daniel Lee's debut Burberry AW23 collection.
4. Urassaya Sperbund
Professionally known as Yaya, she is one of the most popular and successful artists in the Thai industry. She is of Thai-Norwegian ancestry. In the 2008 television season, Yaya debuted in the Channel 3 sitcom Peun See Long Hon. She is the Friend of the French luxury brand Louis Vuitton. She is the first Thai actress who receive the title of "Friend of Louis Vuitton.” Yaya was seen attending Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2023 fashion show.
5. Lalisa Manobal
Commonly known as Lisa of Blackpink, she is a Thai rapper, dancer, and singer. Lisa is a member of the South Korean girls’ group Blackpink. She has been the global brand ambassador for the French luxury brand Celine since 2020. She has been part of several of the brand’s campaigns and projects. She was announced as the global ambassador for Celine Haute Parfumerie in 2021.
6. Metawin Opas-iamkajorn
He is popularly known as Win. Thai actor Win is of Chinese descent. He debuted with a leading role in 2gether: The Series. Win has his fashion brand called "VELENCE," and part of the brand’s revenue is donated to orphanages. He was announced as the brand ambassador for the Italian luxury fashion house Prada, at the beginning of 2023. Metawin Opas-iamkajorn has secured a place on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2023 list.
7. Araya A. Hargate
She is a Thai actor, model, and host of British descent. She is also of English, Lao, and Thai descent. She won a beauty pageant, Miss Motor Show Contest. She debuted as an actress in a Lakorn (television drama) by the title Pleng Prai in 1998. She is the brand ambassador of the Swiss luxury jewellery and watches brand, Chopard. The brand announced her as the brand ambassador in 2019, and it was a piece of big news in the industry.
8. Davika Hoorne
Davika is known as Mai, popularly. She is an actress, singer, and model. She made her acting debut in 2010 with the Ngao Kammathep series. Her other famous works include Astrophile with Vachirawit Chivaaree, My Ambulance and Pee Mak with Mario Maurer, and Suddenly Twenty. At the Bulgari Eden the Garden of Wonders event in November 2022, Mai was introduced as the Friend of the House of Bulgari. Bulgari is an Italian luxury fashion brand established in 1884 and is well-known for its leather products, jewels, fragrances, and accessories. Davika is named as the jeweler’s House Friend for the South Asia Pacific region.
9. Ranee Campen
Ranee Campen, nicknamed Bella, is an actress of half-English and half-Thai roots. Bella got her first leading role for Porn Prom Onlaweng, in 2013. The television dramas Porn Prom Onlaweng, Khun Chai Puttipat, Plerng Chimplee, Padiwaradda, Plerng Boon, Bupphe Sanniwat aka Love Destiny, and Krong Kam are some of her notable works. She has been selected as the first Thai “friend of Fendi.” Fendi is an Italian luxury fashion house. For the brand's Women's Spring/Summer 2023 collection, she took part in a campaign photoshoot.
10. Kanawut Traipipattanapong
Kanawut Traipipattanapong, is professionally known as Gulf. He is a Thai actor and model. Kanawut's acting career began when he appeared as the guest character of "Young Tee" in the series, Mafia Luerd Mungkorn: Singha. He has received recognition for his performances as Gat in You Are My Makeup Artist, Bua Pen Fun Yap, and Type in TharnType: The Series. He appeared in several luxury brand campaigns throughout his career. He is currently one of the Friends of House Gucci from Thailand. He has also been spotted wearing Gucci clothing, bags, and accessories.
