That is why leaders are so crucial in K-pop groups, and seeing how well they have managed their group makes people fall in love with them and their leadership.

Bae Joohuyn, also known as Irene, is the leader of the five-member group known as Red Velvet. The group debuted in 2014 under SM Entertainment. Irene was born on 29 March 1991.
