Welcome to NCT’s Horror Nights is a pretty unique variety show. One might even say it is a completely different kind of show. In the show members of the boy bands, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and NCT U read various horror stories sent by fans.
The Feel-Good Part
The Feel-Good Part of the show is seeing the members making fun of each other while reading the stories. They are discussing real-life paranormal activities and instead of getting scared or serious about the stories the members make it a fun show with some hilarious jokes. Also, the way some members delivered the story with complete sincerity and acted out the parts amazed a lot of the viewers.
The Disappointing Factor
To be honest, there were no disappointing aspects in the entire show. The only thing that we can point out is that there were only two episodes of the show. It is an entertaining show with an interesting topic that the makers can easily expand the number of episodes or the duration of each episode.
In-Depth Analysis
Welcome to NCT’s Horror Nights 7 a new horror YouTube series. It consists of six hosts from different bands under the big umbrella of NCT. The first host is Kim Do Young, the main vocalist in NCT. He works in the subunits NCT 127 and NCT U. the next host is Moon Tae Il working in the same subunits as Kim Do Young, NCT 127, and NCT U. Next up is the Chinese member of the boy band NCT DREAM, Huang Ren Jun. The next host is the member Lee Je No also working in the subunit NCT DREAM. The fifth host of the show is Jung Sung Chan, a member of the subunit NCT U. Finally, the last host of the show is Park Ji Sung the main dancer of NCT DREAM. All the hosts sit around a table to read and discuss horror stories sent by their fans from all around the world. As the show proceeds the members also come out to share paranormal experiences encountered by them. The show takes a very creative approach to discussing paranormal experiences. The members act out the stories as best as they could. The members also tease each other throughout the show which ensues in some hilarious moments. Overall, the show is a delight to anyone who enjoys horror stories.
Star Power
The hosts are all talented idols from the world-famous boy band NCT who do an excellent job on the show. But for this show, the horror stories stole the whole show. Most of the stories are believed to be the experiences of the fans. Plus listening to the member’s first-hand experiences was an additional benefit.
Overall Opinion
Overall, it is an entertaining show with a new concept. It is a great watch for the band’s fandom. It is also a great show for people who are interested in the field of paranormal activities. The show only has two episodes with each episode being only thirty minutes long, which is an easy binge-worthy show for quick entertainment.
