Drama Digest

This is a therapeutic entertainment program that focuses on the emotional well-being of idols facing burnout due to hectic routines and intense rivalry, allowing them to connect on a personal level.

The Feel-Good Part

It’s fun and exciting to watch for all the NCTzens, the fandom of NCT Dream.

The Disappointing Factor

The primary issue was the lack of cohesion among team members. Although I haven’t delved into their history as a group, there seemed to be an absence of any meaningful connection between them.

In-Depth Analysis

The renowned Boys Mental Training Camp, specializing in idol mental well-being, returns with NCT DREAM! This enhanced program offers advanced mental strengthening activities led by a behavior psychology expert and a cognitive scientist. Engaging and lively challenges, akin to the spicy hot sauce, promise chaos, and excitement while showcasing the NCT DREAM members’ enduring unity and camaraderie through candid and warm discussions. The unpredictable NCT DREAM and Defconn, the mentor in idol-mental training, will also contribute to uplifting the viewers’ mental state.

Star Power

The show was hosted by Defconn and included all the members of NCT Dream, except Chenle, as he was self-quarantined. The rest of the members’ i.e., Mark Lee, Huang Ren Jun, Lee Je No, Hae Chan, Na Jae Min, and Park Ji Sung were there.

Overall Opinion

The show is excellent and fun to watch. All the fans of NCT Dream should watch it.
